Returns and Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy clarifies how you can: cancel a contract made with us, return a purchased product or exercise your rights to obtain a refund or an exchange.
  • Diritto di Cancellation

Should the Customer not be satisfied with the purchase for any reason, he/she is entitled to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reasons, within 14 calendar days from then the goods were received. The withdrawal will be expressed within the above mentioned term of 14 days through sending by registered letter with advice of receipt to the following addresses: CA.DA Srls Via Santa Franca 60/B, 29121 Piacenza  Italy  or PEC:

You will have to return the goods no later than fourteen (14) days of the day on which you have notified us the cancellation, at the above address.. The products purchased must be returned in their original packaging and properly packaged, unused and intact, in PERFECT CONDITION, without any lack. Return shipping costs will be paid by the Customer. Once the returned products have been received, the Supplier will issue a refund for the entire amount paid by the Customer (including shipping costs), within 30 working days from receipt of products.

In accordance with art. 55 comma II lett. c) of the Italian Consumer Code the right to retract cannot be exercised in the case of products which due to their nature are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly.

  • Lack of Conformity

In accordance with art. 129, 130 and 132 of the  Italian Consumer Code, any lack of conformity shall be reported to the seller within two (2) months from  the date it is discovered, otherwise the warranty terms would expire. In the event of lack of compliance is ascertained, Customer has the right to request at his/her discretion a replacement or a reasonable price reduction, or to terminate the contract and have a refund of the amounts paid,as set forth in art. 130 comma VII of the Italian Consumer Code.

  • Claims

The Customer may file a complaint by sending an e-mail to within 3 days from receiving the product, indicating the reason for the complaint and attaching a photogrph of the product. Should the Supplier deem it necessary, the Customer must send the disputed goods via a courier to allow for in-depth verifications. This will be done at the expense of the Supplier, who will assess whether the complaint is justified and, if so replace the item.

  • Returns process

Products purchased online may only be returned to our office.

To return a product to our distribution center, you must comply with the following steps:

* Call Customer Service to agree on a pick-up date with our logistics partner. You may be asked at this stage to provide information about the product for us to make a first assessment of the condition of this product.

* Send an email to stating the reasons for the return.

* Returned orders must include proof of purchase including the product, along with all its accessories, any free items you received as part of your order and all other documents, in their original box.

* Please seal the delivery package and on the agreed date our logistic partner will bring you a transport letter and pick-up the sealed package.

Please keep a proof of return shipment, and we accept no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced.

Only merchandise received by our distribution center will be eligible for a refund or exchanged.

If you choose to use a different logistic partner from those provided by us, you are responsable for the risk of loss or damage to the returned product while in transit until the product will be in our possession.

  • Returned Products

We will verify that the returned product satisfied the conditions of the Returns and Exchanges Policy and, if so, then proceed wiyh the applicable refund or exchange.

Product must be returned in new, unused and perfect conditions and in its original packaging with intact labels, accessories, documents and protective stickers. We reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund accordingly.

If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products.

  • Non -Returnable Products

Orders for products that have been personalised in any way cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund.

  • Refunds

You may return a product purchased on the website for a full refund, provided that the return complies with these Conditions of Sale.

Only the buyer of the returned product will be entitled to receive a refund of the price paid.

In no event will a person who has received the product as a gift( i.e. a “Gift Recipient”) be entitled to receive a refund. If you are a Gift Recipientand wish to return a product, please contact the Customer Service  to discuss your options.

If the return package complies with our Terms of Sale, we will refund the returned articles within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of  withdrawal notification.

Refunds for returned items will be made with the same payment method used by the Customer.

We can hold refunding of payment until the time of reception of the item or the return of the proof of its sending back, depending on which event occurs first. We will reimburse you the costs of delivery, with the exception for any additional costs incurred due to choosing another kind of delivery that is different than standar method.
